Description

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams to help them achieve their objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Remove impediments and proactively address risks, dependencies, and challenges affecting team performance.
  • Promote Agile values, principles, and best practices across teams and stakeholders.
  • Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and planning activities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership in an international environment.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and help improve organizational Agile maturity.
  • Monitor and improve team effectiveness using Agile metrics, feedback, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams in international organizations or global corporate environments.
  • Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I required, PSM II preferred) or an equivalent certification such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
  • SAFe Agilist certification or equivalent SAFe certification, with practical experience in scaled Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
  • Experience working with distributed, cross-functional, and multicultural teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive Agile adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
