Description

  • Own sprint cadence, backlogs, and goals for conversion workstreams in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Translate vendor schedules for mock conversions, parallel runs, and cutover into actionable delivery plans.
  • Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and post-mock retrospectives.
  • Maintain RAID logs and drive cross-organization risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to closure.
  • Report burn-up, defect trends, risks, and readiness to engagement leads and steering committees.
  • Track runbook rehearsals and own go/no-go readiness checklists.
  • Run command-center coordination during conversion weekends and subsequent stabilization periods.
  • Turn balancing breaks and defects into assigned actions with accountable owners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or delivery lead, including at least one slipped fixed-date release.
  • Experience coordinating dependencies across organizations without direct control.
  • Ability to communicate risks early, challenge stakeholders with supporting data, and provide actionable status reporting.
  • B2-level English or higher, with the ability to lead meetings and brief U.S. banking executives.
  • Experience managing ceremonies and backlogs in Jira, Azure DevOps, or an equivalent tool.
  • Experience with Confluence or similar documentation and collaboration tools.
  • Core banking conversion experience and knowledge of platforms such as Fiserv, Jack Henry, FIS, Corelation, Temenos, Finxact, or Thought Machine preferred.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, reconciliation, parallel runs, cutovers, ancillary banking systems, regulatory change control, and tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Power BI preferred.
  • CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMP certification preferred; permanent work authorization required without current or future visa sponsorship.
