Description

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Coach teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
  • Promote Agile and SAFe methodologies across delivery activities.
  • Foster communication and collaboration within teams and with stakeholders.
  • Create an environment that minimizes distractions and supports productivity.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain transparency into team activities and ensure access to necessary information.
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization and product vision communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience using GitLab for Agile project tracking and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated servant leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Ability to work at a desk using a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift 10–15 pounds occasionally.
