Description

Own and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Update project objectives and master plans for internal reporting and alignment.
Manage scope changes and assess their impact on timelines and delivery.
Define core project teams with stakeholders and coordinate resource allocation.
Lead multicultural, cross-functional teams without direct line authority to achieve project objectives.
Ensure adherence to stage-gate processes, governance requirements, and best practices.
Facilitate issue resolution, remove roadblocks, and support effective decision-making.
Participate in governance forums and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization to improve productivity and delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

Strong understanding of product development, deployment, and commercialization processes.
Proven experience delivering complex projects in an international environment.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
Strong influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead without formal authority.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset.
Continuous improvement mindset with proven process optimization capabilities.
Strong command of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Proficiency in AI tools supporting productivity and analysis.
