Description

  • Own and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Update project objectives and master plans for internal reporting and alignment.
  • Manage scope changes and assess their impact on timelines and delivery.
  • Define core project teams with stakeholders and coordinate resource allocation.
  • Lead multicultural, cross-functional teams without direct line authority to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to stage-gate processes, governance requirements, and best practices.
  • Facilitate issue resolution, remove roadblocks, and support effective decision-making.
  • Participate in governance forums and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization to improve productivity and delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of product development, deployment, and commercialization processes.
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in an international environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead without formal authority.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with proven process optimization capabilities.
  • Strong command of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in AI tools supporting productivity and analysis.
