Description

  • Coordinate platform deployment activities across approximately 20 markets.
  • Lead market-facing activities, including local process mapping and stakeholder coordination.
  • Establish local operating processes aligned with legal, privacy, regulatory, and business requirements.
  • Align local, regional, and central processes.
  • Support operational readiness for product quality complaint reporting and consumer complaint handling.
  • Ensure consumer contacts and complaints are properly managed and documented.
  • Facilitate collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing between local teams and central functions.
  • Support change management and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare markets for transition to the future business-as-usual operating model.

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience, particularly in market-facing deployment activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in customer service, customer care, or consumer-facing operations.
  • Knowledge of consumer complaint handling and case management systems.
  • Understanding of privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in multilingual, multi-market environments.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-supported tools and openness to new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, solution-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to lead remote teams and drive collaboration.
  • Confidence challenging existing processes and identifying alternative solutions.
