Description

Lead end-to-end project management for new product deployment from design to market readiness.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and gate readiness for approvals.
Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement teams.
Oversee packaging and market deployment processes from a project management perspective.
Partner with third-party manufacturers (EMS/ODMs) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
Influence and align senior stakeholders through clear, proactive communication.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply creative and analytical problem-solving to address delivery challenges.
Ensure project stages are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

Solid understanding of Operations and Supply Chain building blocks, including Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement.
Proven experience managing packaging and market deployment processes.
Strong track record of independently delivering complex programs or projects.
Experience working with third-party manufacturers (EMS/ODMs).
Demonstrated business acumen and experience in category-based business units.
Excellent collaboration, influencing, and networking skills.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and influence across levels and functions.
Advanced knowledge of project management and governance tools and techniques.
Creative and analytical problem-solving mindset in dynamic environments.
