Description

  • Design and maintain design system libraries, including components, tokens, UX/UI patterns, and documentation.
  • Create clear documentation and guidelines that help designers and engineers use design components and patterns.
  • Refine user interfaces to align with the HelloFresh brand and high standards of user experience.
  • Review existing designs and drive continuous improvements in usability and visual appeal.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
  • Expand the design system to support new design needs and challenges.
  • Create wireframes, site maps, and user flows to communicate design intent and workflows.
  • Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and improve user flows based on feedback.
  • Conduct design QA to ensure final products meet visual and functional standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of product design work.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Experience working with design systems and improving them over time.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes, ideally using Figma.
  • Proficiency in AI UI-building tools such as V0, Magic Patterns, Figma Make, and Cursor.
  • Ability to create wireframes, site maps, and user flows for clear design communication.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with developers and product managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to polished design solutions.
  • Strong motion animation skills are essential.
  • Ability to create illustrations and icons to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
