Description

  • Own daily execution and optimization of U.S. paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and emerging AI formats.
  • Analyze performance at a granular level across keywords, queries, devices, audiences, geographies, landing pages, offers, and ad copy to identify opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize bidding, budgets, campaign structure, and creative to improve CAC, CVR, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Translate globally defined strategy and frameworks into best-in-class local execution in the U.S. market.
  • Build, manipulate, and analyze datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and internal tools to support deep-dive analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Proactively identify growth and efficiency levers and turn them into actionable campaign changes.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests across bidding, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
  • Use scripts, automation tools, and platform capabilities to reduce manual work and scale high-performing campaigns.
  • Own U.S. performance reporting and present clear, data-backed insights in weekly and monthly reviews.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional partners in BI, CRM, Creative, and Product while maintaining strong local ownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in paid search, either agency-side or client-side.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing large-scale, performance-driven accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and AI Max.
  • Knowledge of paid search bidding, targeting, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to improve day-to-day performance.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including building analyses from scratch.
  • Experience working with large datasets and conducting granular performance deep-dives.
  • Strong command of performance marketing metrics such as CPC, CVR, CTR, CAC, and LTV.
  • Experience leveraging automation through scripts, tools, or platform features to scale operations.
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, demanding, analytical environment is preferred.
