  • Contribute to brand visibility and awareness through events, conferences, and sponsorships.
  • Support marketing initiatives and related campaign activities.
  • Assist in organizing and attending industry events.
  • Provide local market intelligence on market trends and opportunities.
  • Support internal reporting on market trends and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Fluent Latvian language skills.
  • Professional English proficiency for international collaboration and cross-border communication.
