Description

  • Drive the end-to-end setup and operationalization of Product Operations shared services in alignment with the Global Product team’s strategy and business needs.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a 50+ FTE Product Operations team.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, high quality, and customer-centric service delivery.
  • Design and implement scalable, standardized, and efficient operational processes and service delivery models.
  • Ensure operational excellence to support current and future global expansion and evolving business requirements.
  • Establish mechanisms to monitor service performance and maintain outstanding service quality.
  • Deliver a strong customer experience across supported geographies and functions.
  • Initiate organizational changes when needed to align the team structure with business strategy and long-term vision.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Shared Services, Business Operations, or a related field within a multinational or global company.
  • Proven experience setting up, scaling, and managing global or regional shared services or operational centers.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex operational teams, with 50+ FTEs preferred.
  • Experience leading hybrid or fully remote teams is a plus.
  • Experience in process design, standardization, and optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in start-up, growing, and fast-paced technology organizations is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English is required.
