Description

  • Translate business and product requirements into clear analytical questions and actionable insights.
  • Perform in-depth analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to evaluate product performance, user behavior, and business metrics.
  • Build data pipelines, automation scripts, and analytical tools to streamline analysis workflows.
  • Create self-service dashboards and reports when needed, with a focus on insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks.
  • Analyze A/B tests and product changes to measure impact and inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to present findings, guide discussions, and recommend next steps.
  • Maintain documentation for analytics projects, tools, and methodologies.
  • Own analytical deliverables and keep them accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and deep dives on strategic questions from leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experienced in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn, for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing for experimental analysis.
  • Skilled with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Proven experience analyzing product performance, user behavior, and business metrics.
  • Adept at generating actionable insights and data-driven recommendations from complex datasets.
