Description

  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for L2 queries related to Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and related core tools.
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex user issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze ticket data to identify quality-of-service gaps and propose improvements to processes and SOPs.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for end users and internal IT administrators.
  • Escalate critical issues and collaborate with third-party vendors such as Google to drive resolution.
  • Handle advanced data management tasks such as restoring deleted emails, recovering files and folders, and transferring file ownership.
  • Manage security and administrative settings, including delegated administrators and domain-wide delegation, in line with company policies.
  • Support platform users and contribute to automation and process improvements that increase productivity and collaboration.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of the Google Workspace Admin Console, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
  • Deep expertise in Google Workspace services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Sites, including sharing and IAM settings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of DNS configurations such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as well as email routing and IMAP/SMTP protocols.
  • Professional Workspace Administrator Certification is required.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Fluent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and IT personnel.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize based on urgency and business impact.
  • Preferred attitude of being open to applying even if you do not meet every requirement, as encouraged by the employer.
