Description

  • Support affiliate program operations by pulling reporting, managing audits, updating partner links, sharing assets, and overseeing creative approvals.
  • Assist with campaign management by maintaining partner details, updating creative assets, ensuring tracking and promotion deployment, managing budgets and partner payouts, and coordinating placement bookings.
  • Verify partner content, promotions, and tracking links to ensure quality assurance and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot issues with partners and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Drive new partner development by managing onboarding and tracking setup.
  • Manage quarterly bookings with select partners, address partner concerns, and help finalize agreements promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation tools to streamline recurring tasks and improve team productivity.
  • Support seamless communication with partners and internal stakeholders to help ensure efficient execution and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online/performance marketing, affiliate marketing, partnership management, or operational roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is eager to contribute to a rapidly growing company in a competitive vertical.
  • Creative mindset with openness to new ideas and approaches.
  • Driven to complete projects with urgency and a results-oriented approach.
