Description

  • Manage service providers and retro-commissioning projects from coordination through completion.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including quality control, client communications, schedule tracking, and support from technical staff.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and accurately to resolve issues and maintain productive relationships.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine project eligibility, schedules, and potential energy savings.
  • Manage on-time delivery of technical reports.
  • Travel to off-site locations locally to facilitate stakeholder meetings.
  • Analyze utility data to assess energy performance parameters and project eligibility.
  • Review technical reports, cost estimates, and energy savings calculations.
  • Provide onboarding and training to Qualified Service Providers on project management software and the retro-commissioning workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project coordination experience or similar experience within the energy efficiency industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment with frequent contact with clients and engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff successfully.
  • Ability to work autonomously with little oversight.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data and complex program requirements to a multi-layered audience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the energy efficiency industry, preferably retro-commissioning, is preferred.
  • Experience in financial analysis of various energy projects is preferred.
  • Industrial Assessment Center experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge and field knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

  • Competitive base salary of $85,000 to $95,000.
