Description

  • Manage new company incorporations and setups for private limited companies, sole proprietorships, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate the transfer of corporate secretarial appointments for existing companies.
  • Prepare and draft statutory documents such as AGM, EGM, and Board Resolutions.
  • Maintain minute books, statutory registers, and internal client records/databases.
  • Track statutory deadlines and compliance timelines for assigned clients.
  • Support Hong Kong entities with incorporations, annual returns, and corporate changes in line with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and responsive support to clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support efficient operations and strategic goals.
  • Complete other corporate, administrative, or ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Secretarial, Legal Compliance, or Corporate Administration functions.
  • Hands-on experience managing Hong Kong entities and knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Experience drafting basic corporate documentation such as resolutions and minutes.
  • Experience tracking regulatory deadlines and maintaining compliance timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • ICSA qualification or GradCG status is highly preferred but not required.
  • Consent to background screening, including verification of education, criminal history, political exposure, and bankruptcy or adverse credit history.
