Description

  • Lead long-range planning, annual operating planning, and monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • Build and maintain integrated three-statement financial models, operating metrics, and scenario analyses.
  • Own bottoms-up revenue forecasting for bookings, ARR, and client- and cohort-level revenue with Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Data teams.
  • Prepare management reporting, board materials, and executive financial reviews covering variances, trends, and forecast risks.
  • Model the P&L impact of initiatives and advise on capital allocation, investments, and resource decisions.
  • Partner with the CFO, executive team, and business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to improve accounting alignment, reporting accuracy, close processes, and forecast reliability.
  • Select, implement, and manage FP&A planning software while automating budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and board-material workflows.
  • Support investor and lender reporting in partnership with Investor Relations and the CFO.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the FP&A team while providing finance support for go-to-market, product, and G&A functions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of FP&A experience, including 3-5 years leading an FP&A team in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Strong three-statement modeling skills and working knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience forecasting recurring-revenue businesses, including bookings, ARR, and unit economics.
  • Track record of presenting financial plans, variance analyses, and recommendations to executives and boards.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience implementing or operating FP&A planning tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Planful.
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP preferred.
  • Experience scaling a company to $200M+ in revenue and transitioning FP&A from spreadsheet-based to automated, AI-enabled processes.
  • Experience in B2B2C, digital health, or another regulated healthcare environment preferred.
  • Investment banking, strategic finance, or venture/growth-equity experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
  • Ability to use approved AI tools for forecasting, analysis, and reporting while protecting confidential information and validating accuracy.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $225,000-$275,000.
