Description

  • Triage and resolve employee technical support requests across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS applications.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, permissions, group memberships, multi-factor authentication, and access removal.
  • Support quarterly access reviews by gathering records, resolving questions, and documenting findings.
  • Manage the employee laptop lifecycle, including setup, shipping, maintenance, recovery, inventory, and security configurations.
  • Administer cloud applications through user provisioning, license management, configuration updates, and system health checks.
  • Assist with security-awareness initiatives, vendor reviews, security assessments, and adherence to security policies.
  • Identify recurring issues and manual processes, and implement improvements to business systems and workflows.
  • Create and maintain operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.
  • Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional IT experience in help desk support, technical support, or IT administration; internships and part-time hands-on roles are relevant.
  • Basic familiarity with account provisioning and deprovisioning, computer setup and troubleshooting, and SaaS configuration.
  • Understanding of IT security concepts including device management, access controls, multi-factor authentication, and software patching.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing requests and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to explain technical information and troubleshooting steps clearly to nontechnical colleagues.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
