Description

  • Maintain and evolve the company’s positioning framework as the source of truth.
  • Review marketing materials, sales content, and launch assets to ensure narrative consistency.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for product launches.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to translate positioning into campaign themes and channel strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning timed to industry seasonality and measure funnel impact.
  • Track market trends and competitive positioning, including battlecards and win/loss analysis.
  • Develop deep buyer expertise across benefits consultants, brokers, and HR and finance leaders.
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand the platform and its core capabilities.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to build training and key message frameworks for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Tie product marketing work to business outcomes such as win rate, sales cycle, content adoption, and messaging resonance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B, or B2B2C, with healthcare technology or benefits strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in the benefits market, including self-funded employers, benefits administration, and the broker and consultant buying process.
  • Experience with category creation or major market repositioning, not just feature launches into an established narrative.
  • Proven experience owning positioning frameworks and updating them as the market changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results from launches, such as improved win rate, sales cycle, or content adoption.
  • AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools to work faster and oversee AI agents.
  • Ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Experience aligning Sales, Customer Success, and leadership around messaging and strategy.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in marketing, healthcare, business, or a related field.
