Description

  • Manage assigned projects through requirements gathering, planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion.
  • Develop and track workplans, timelines, assignments, deliverables, milestones, and action items.
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams, subcontractors, health plans, providers, and state agency partners.
  • Conduct document and compliance reviews, interviews, validation activities, and related assessments.
  • Prepare reports, findings, presentations, meeting materials, and other project deliverables.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and resource needs, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Facilitate meetings, conference calls, interviews, and follow-up activities while documenting decisions.
  • Monitor corrective action plans and track issues related to compliance reviews and quality studies.
  • Manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines while maintaining project quality and scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Project management experience developing and managing projects and timelines involving multiple activities.
  • Excellent oral, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, managed care delivery systems, and quality improvement processes and practices.
  • Experience with external quality review (EQR) activities preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet established deadlines.
