Description

  • Perform outbound prospecting and cold calls to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns and follow-ups with clear, professional written communication.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule or hand off meetings to client sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Manage follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and candidate/client communication for placements.
  • Handle rejection professionally and maintain a consistent, resilient outbound activity level.
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and ongoing support to improve performance and placement outcomes.
  • Be available to work US or UK business hours as required for client placements.

Requirements

  • Pass the assessment to join the talent bench.
  • 1+ years of sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling experience.
  • Excellent verbal English (B2 minimum) and confident on the phone.
  • Strong written English for effective email outreach.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Reliable internet connection (25+ Mbps).
  • Own laptop or PC and a headset.
  • Quiet home workspace suitable for professional calls.
  • Availability to work US or UK business hours.
