Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20 remote BDRs across multiple time zones as a player-coach.
  • Own team KPIs including calls made, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
  • Conduct daily standups, weekly 1-on-1s, and regular performance reviews to maintain accountability and development.
  • Identify underperformers early and implement corrective action plans.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs to support scaling efforts.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure lead quality and improve conversion rates.
  • Refine and maintain scripts, processes, and playbooks to improve team performance.
  • Report weekly on team metrics and performance to leadership.
  • Contribute to strategy and execution for outbound programs and team structure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing outbound sales/BDR teams of 10+ people.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing BDR teams.
  • Experience managing remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong coaching ability with a focus on developing team members.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable working with dashboards and holding team members accountable to metrics.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  • Familiarity with Aircall or similar dialer/phone systems.
  • Staffing, recruitment, or SaaS industry experience preferred.
