Description

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the US market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and key players in the US market.
  • Initiate outreach to prospects through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Qualify leads by assessing client needs and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings or demonstrations with the sales team for qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress within the CRM system.
  • Support and coordinate with the sales team to deliver staffing services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and appointments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields focused on the US market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead-generation targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to business audiences.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet targets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline preferred.
