Description

  • Own and evolve the full identity platform stack, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM Identity Center, Saviynt, and CyberArk.
  • Drive zero-trust and least-privilege access through RBAC, Separation of Duties controls, and access certification campaigns.
  • Build and operate Joiner-Mover-Leaver automation so access is provisioned before Day 1 and removals propagate quickly across systems.
  • Lead the Non-Employee Identity Program for contractors, vendors, and studio partners through governed onboarding and periodic re-certification.
  • Partner with Information Security to implement AI-assisted anomaly detection and remediation workflows.
  • Own the identity onboarding playbook for new acquisitions and standardize federation of legacy identity providers into Okta.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of identity engineers while maintaining strong documentation, runbooks, and platform reliability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Identity & Access Management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Okta Identity Cloud, including SSO federation, Workflows, Universal Directory, and adaptive MFA.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including user/group lifecycle, Entra ID Connect sync, and Conditional Access policies.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS IAM and AWS IAM Identity Center, including permission set design, account federation, and ephemeral credential patterns.
  • Experience implementing IGA solutions such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management tools such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
  • Solid understanding of SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and LDAP/AD.
  • Experience managing identity programs across multi-studio, multi-tenant, or multi-subsidiary environments.
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing technical teams.
