Description

  • Develop backend software for Stone Tech’s payments and financial products.
  • Work primarily on backend-focused solutions with strict backend scope.
  • Collaborate with team members across technology and business areas in a team-oriented environment.
  • Take ownership of deliverables with autonomy and a proactive mindset.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by learning from challenges and feedback.
  • Participate in technical evaluation and knowledge-sharing with peers and leadership as part of the engineering process.

Requirements

  • Experience with programming languages such as Elixir or Golang.
  • Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
  • Strong focus on backend development.
  • Interest in challenges, technology, and continuous learning.
  • Availability to work remotely or in a flexible schedule, depending on the role format.
  • Alignment with Stone Tech’s culture of ownership, teamwork, simplicity, and customer impact.
  • Previous experience at a mid-level software engineering position (pleno), if applicable to the candidate profile.
