Description

  • Provide external customer support at points of sale within the city and surrounding service areas.
  • Help customers with product initialization and correct usage.
  • Manage stock at the assigned hub, including inventory control and organization.
  • Receive assets and process reverse logistics.
  • Sort equipment and perform periodic stock inventories.
  • Support operational safety practices and comply with traffic laws and internal safety routines.

Requirements

  • Active CNH A or AB motorcycle license for at least 2 years.
  • Fewer than 10 active points on the CNH in the last 12 months.
  • High school diploma completed.
  • Technical degree or higher education in Applied Social Sciences, such as Logistics or Administration, in progress or completed is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Logistics experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are preferred.
  • Availability to work CLT 44 hours per week on a 6x1 schedule, Monday through Saturday.
  • For night-shift openings, availability to work with service hours from 13:00 to 22:00.
