Description

  • Handle designated inboxes through inbound and outbound tickets, emails, calls, and case work.
  • Initiate, investigate, and resolve cases involving complex damages, liability claims, potential fraud, and brand risk.
  • Verify facts and determine claim resolutions based on internal policies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on case strategy.
  • Compile incident reports at the direction of leadership.
  • Provide regular updates on claim status to supervisors and managers.
  • Craft clear and concise resolution plans to drive fair and accurate outcomes.
  • Collaborate with and monitor third-party claims administrators.
  • Apply company policies and procedures in claims verification, payment processing, dispute resolution, and fraud detection.
  • Determine claim compensation and validity while identifying risks and helping de-escalate active threads.

Requirements

  • Language proficiency in English.
  • 1-3 years of experience in claims and dispute resolution, insurance claims, conflict resolution, fraud or risk investigations, and/or crisis management.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent time management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and/or third-party providers to resolve complex disputes in a detailed, effective, and timely manner.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Additional insurance investigation or program management experience is a plus.
  • Calm, empathetic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to remain level-headed in tough situations.

Benefits

  • Annual base pay range of ₹880,000 to ₹1,020,000 INR.
  • Eligible for bonus or incentives.
