Description

  • Develop, maintain, and execute success plans aligned to customer business objectives and operational outcomes.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across frontline, management, and executive levels.
  • Conduct regular customer engagement meetings and formal business reviews to assess progress and demonstrate value.
  • Facilitate onboarding, change management, and ongoing best-practice adoption to maximize customer success.
  • Monitor customer health, product usage, engagement signals, and sentiment to identify early risk indicators.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate cross-functional responses to resolve customer issues quickly and transparently.
  • Drive renewal readiness by documenting and communicating value realization and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and support revenue growth.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer by collecting and relaying product feedback and feature needs.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Support, and Implementation to improve customer experience and lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in the Multifamily or PropTech industry is required.
  • Experience with Gainsight or a similar customer success platform preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS delivery models.
  • Experience working as an AI-native operator who uses AI regularly to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting customer insights and usage data.
  • High degree of ownership, organization, and ability to execute independently.
