Description

  • Lead the North Island sales strategy, including target setting, headcount planning, and regional coverage.
  • Manage the sales team’s weekly cadence, KPIs, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 30+ reps to improve performance and capability.
  • Adapt and implement training programs to support continuous skill development and alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead hiring and performance management across the North Island sales organization.
  • Oversee the full customer lifecycle from new sales through account management.
  • Work with account management, launch, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy to expand market presence and increase market share.
  • Build and leverage industry relationships to strengthen Halter’s brand and support growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on goals, priorities, and sales execution.

Requirements

  • Experience growing new and existing businesses and developing market strategies.
  • Track record of delivering high growth in a sales or commercial leadership role.
  • Experience managing customers through complex sales cycles and expanding value over time.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams.
  • Deep passion for helping farmers succeed.
  • Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector is a bonus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Hunger for success and personal growth, with the ability to evolve quickly.
  • Phenomenal attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort operating under pressure and pursuing ambitious targets.
