Description

  • Own Shopify store operations and customer experience from end to end.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through Shopify inbox and social channels.
  • Process refunds, reships, cancellations, and order updates.
  • Triage and resolve support tickets based on urgency.
  • Monitor order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF.
  • Resolve failed orders, inventory issues, discrepancies, and missing or delayed packages.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Audit the website for broken links, incorrect pricing, outdated promotions, and messaging inconsistencies.
  • Build and maintain SOPs for recurring operational workflows.
  • Implement systems, automations, and AI-driven workflows to reduce manual work and customer confusion.
  • Deliver weekly Shopify performance reports and track key growth metrics.
  • Review product pages, campaigns, and tools for compliance risks and operational accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations.
  • Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to catch inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues.
  • Understanding of Shopify apps, backend systems, and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Ability to build systems, not just one-off solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally while maintaining full ownership of outcomes.
  • Preferred experience using automation tools such as Shopify Flow and customer service platforms such as Gorgias.
  • Preferred interest in AI tools, prompt libraries, and scalable operational systems.
