Description

  • Manage incoming requests from customers and users across Hack The Box platforms.
  • Reproduce user-reported issues and troubleshoot incidents, including technically complex cases.
  • Communicate with users in real time via Intercom and occasionally through Discord.
  • Forward requests to relevant internal teams for resolution or additional investigation.
  • Update stakeholders daily on the progress of complex issues.
  • Open internal Jira tickets with clear reproducible steps and issue details.
  • Evaluate the impact of frontend or backend issues and take appropriate action.
  • Maintain strong familiarity with HTB platforms and products.
  • Cover the weekend shift and support the US time zone when required.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with strong writing skills.
  • Already acquainted with Hack The Box platforms and products is an asset.
  • Proficiency with developer tools such as DevTools.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Previous experience in web application development.
  • Ability to identify bugs and clearly describe issues.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python is a significant advantage.
  • Some experience with networks and network engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, patience, and the ability to manage multiple issues and communication channels.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong direct communication skills via chat.
