Description

  • Provide frontline technical support by monitoring and improving SaaS product delivery.
  • Debug and analyze customer issues, then explain findings clearly to customers and internal teams.
  • Identify recurring support trends and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Proactively manage product change scope, delivery, and configuration for customer needs.
  • Assist customers with integrations and deliver well-structured example code.
  • Lead customer communications, set expectations, and meet or exceed SLA commitments.
  • Identify technical requirements, existing configurations, and risks during customer engagements.
  • Investigate technical causes of issues and facilitate product changes when needed.
  • Support releases, deployments, and ongoing maintenance of customer environments.
  • Review and improve product delivery, rollout, and internal process methodologies.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Science, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with an object-oriented backend language, with Ruby on Rails or Golang preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with GCP, Linux, containerization, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience with web applications, especially React.js, is highly valued.
  • Clear spoken and written communication skills with the ability to work professionally with diverse customers and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and a proactive, constructively critical mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Currently living in Latin America.
  • Nice to have: Kubernetes, networking including VPNs, monitoring and observability frameworks, and Bash scripting.
