Description

  • Partner with federal agency stakeholders to translate security compliance needs into data-driven success plans.
  • Translate business requirements from senior leadership into technical data solutions.
  • Use SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Model ROI and identify correlations between training engagement and reductions in security incidents.
  • Build interactive dashboards and executive presentations to communicate performance metrics and insights.
  • Analyze user behavior and simulation logs to identify high-risk cohorts and behavioral trends.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to clients for improving training curriculum and engagement outcomes.
  • Audit training log data flows to maintain data integrity from the platform to the reporting layer.
  • Use Excel to prototype financial models and run ad hoc what-if risk analyses.
  • Lead executive business reviews and collaborate with Product and Data Engineering on reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Experience using SQL or Snowflake to query complex relational databases at an expert level.
  • Experience with Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and modeling.
  • Experience creating data visualizations and executive dashboards in Looker or similar tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and persuasively to senior leaders.
  • Experience building presentation decks that tell a cohesive data story.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations across multiple departments.
  • Understanding of client success metrics, including churn, adoption rates, engagement funnels, and learning metrics.
  • Familiarity with the ed tech industry is a plus.
  • US location, with East Coast preferred; role is fully remote.
