Description

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across multiple concurrent global searches in the US, UK, Denmark, and India.
  • Source, engage, and assess passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, social platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
  • Evaluate Product, Design, Engineering, and technical candidates with domain judgment and move qualified candidates through Lever with clear screening rationale.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies, calibrate target profiles, and adapt sourcing approaches as hiring needs change.
  • Build talent market intelligence by mapping competitor landscapes, compensation trends, and talent availability.
  • Conduct recruiter phone screens for Product Management and Product Design candidates at Senior level and below.
  • Write job descriptions, maintain candidate records, and track sourcing metrics to improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.
  • Champion intentional diversity sourcing practices across every search.
  • Support the transition from dedicated sourcing into broader full-cycle recruiting as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a blended sourcing/recruiting role.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing Product Managers, Product/UX Designers, and Software, Data, or Infrastructure Engineers in complex B2B SaaS organizations; health-tech, life sciences, or data-intensive platforms strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise across at least two function groups: Product Management, Design/UX, Engineering, or Infosec/IT.
  • Expert sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, social platforms, and AI-assisted tools responsibly.
  • ATS proficiency, with Lever strongly preferred, including candidate pipeline management, dispositioning, and documentation across multiple concurrent searches.
  • Ability to evaluate engineering and infrastructure profiles across modern cloud, distributed systems, data engineering, and DevOps environments.
  • Experience tracking sourcing metrics including response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-pipeline, and diversity outcomes.
  • Experience conducting structured recruiter phone screens that assess candidate motivation, qualifications, and role alignment.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across functions, levels, and geographies, including the US and India.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
