Description

  • Execute the StudyHub product roadmap and align clinical and operational priorities with technical capabilities.
  • Partner with clinical operations, data science, and digital leadership stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain trust.
  • Lead discovery and delivery cycles with engineers, data analysts, UI/UX designers, and AI scientists.
  • Translate complex clinical data workflows into prioritized product requirements for engineering.
  • Define product metrics, track adoption, and drive continuous improvement from user feedback and usage data.
  • Represent the product to senior stakeholders at H1 and Novo Nordisk and communicate decisions and tradeoffs clearly.
  • Contribute to H1’s broader product strategy and support the Copenhagen product presence.
  • Support hiring and onboarding as the product team and engagement scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, including at least 2 years at the Associate Director or Director level or leading a product area end-to-end.
  • Experience building or managing data products, such as pipelines, dashboards, analytics platforms, or clinical/research data tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience in enterprise or client-embedded environments.
  • Pharma, clinical research, or health data domain experience with the ability to engage credibly with clinical operations and R&D stakeholders.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment with comfort operating in ambiguity and with direct ownership.
  • Fluent English required; Danish or another Scandinavian language is a plus.
  • Based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate; existing right to work in Denmark is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working across US and European time zones.
