Description

  • Identify training gaps and work with leadership to design solutions and training roadmaps.
  • Partner with owners, department heads, and employees to assess team-specific development needs.
  • Provide virtual 1:1 and small-group coaching to individuals who need additional support.
  • Host weekly regional calls to share best practices and facilitate microlearning.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions virtually and in person at partner companies when needed.
  • Support field trainers and leaders to ensure programs are delivered with consistency, quality, and impact.
  • Create training content to address knowledge gaps and evolving development needs.
  • Track program effectiveness using real-time metrics, analytics, and field feedback.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with field operations teams to align training with day-to-day business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success supporting and developing others.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Experience delivering engaging, performance-focused training.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence operational leaders through coaching, partnership, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, brands, stakeholders, and time zones simultaneously.
  • Experience using or learning Learning Management Systems; ADP LMS experience is a plus.
  • Comfort leveraging data and reporting to measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% to support field teams and deliver training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification in training and development preferred, including CPTD or ATD.
  • Experience in skilled trades, field operations, or a service-based industry is highly preferred.
