Description

  • Formulate and execute company-wide learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop e-learning paths, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
  • Research, evaluate, and improve training resources to increase learning effectiveness.
  • Lead the design and implementation of global culture strategy across departments and regions.
  • Improve new hire onboarding from pre-entry through probation confirmation in coordination with internal teams.
  • Design standardized, scalable orientation programs for global offices and diverse employee groups.
  • Design and deliver leadership training programs to strengthen management capabilities.
  • Support performance management, promotion assessment, and broader talent development processes.
  • Drive AI transformation of organizational development workflows and learning solutions.
  • Manage OD project budgets and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants.
  • Provide global training needs analysis and organizational development consulting across business lines.
  • Collaborate with management and HR teams to improve HR operations, processes, policies, and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant L&D/OD experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with e-learning platforms and LMS systems.
  • Strong project management and budget control skills, with the ability to deliver solutions under limited resources.
  • Excellent business acumen, cross-team communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with global employees, vendors, and senior stakeholders across cultures.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong presentation and on-site facilitation skills, including confidence presenting to C-level leaders and large audiences.
  • Familiarity with multimedia training tools and diverse learning delivery methods.
  • Proven ability to design and deploy scalable enterprise-level talent development programs.
  • Strong interest in AI and practical experience applying AI tools in professional settings.
  • Experience in fast-growing global enterprises; fintech, crypto, or financial services background is preferred.
