Description

  • Create and review complex cybersecurity professional services documents, including Statements of Work and Change Orders.
  • Verify document content, assumptions, terms and conditions, pricing, and formatting against company guidelines and style standards.
  • Coordinate communications and review cycles among sales, technical, accounting, contracts, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Track document status, maintain version control, and update internal records and ticketing systems throughout the document lifecycle.
  • Review client edits, facilitate approvals, and coordinate electronic signatures for final delivery.
  • Proofread, edit, and rewrite content as needed to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Research additional information needed to complete documents accurately and on time.
  • Assist and mentor less experienced team members through the SOW creation and quality assurance process.
  • Maintain and improve team process documentation and review new or revised offering templates.
  • Support team leadership with strategic planning to improve process efficiency and business systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an enterprise-level writing and decision-making role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Professional/Technical Writing or English preferred, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Internal operational experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus.
  • Advanced professional writing, editing, and proofreading experience with strong grammar, word usage, and sentence structure skills.
  • Proven critical thinking, time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Customer service mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions independently.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.
  • Familiarity with Google enterprise applications, RFPIO, Salesforce, and DocuSign is a plus.
