Description

  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct SEO audits, define KPIs, and deliver measurable growth in traffic, visibility, and conversions.
  • Track Google algorithm updates, AI Overviews, GEO trends, and AI-driven ranking systems to inform strategy.
  • Research keywords, entities, topical authority, and search intent opportunities using AI-powered SEO tools.
  • Build content clusters and optimize content for semantic relevance, AI retrieval, and conversational search.
  • Prepare SEO-first content briefs and collaborate with writers on on-page optimization.
  • Optimize metadata, schema markup, heading structures, internal links, and content for rich results and snippets.
  • Perform advanced technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability, indexation, canonicalization, Core Web Vitals, and performance issues.
  • Build and support SEO automation workflows using Python, APIs, AI tools, or no-code platforms.
  • Measure and report on SEO performance through dashboards, insights, and business KPI tracking.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Proven experience driving measurable SEO growth across multiple projects or industries.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and semantic optimization.
  • Experience with AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, and AI-assisted search optimization.
  • Understanding of how LLMs retrieve, summarize, and surface content.
  • Experience using AI tools and automation workflows within SEO operations.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms for SEO workflows is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a performance-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, presentation, and client-management skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with core SEO tools including Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GTM.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, SurferSEO, Frase, Jasper, ContentKing, Sitebulb, AirOps, and NotebookLM.
