Description

  • Develop and maintain customer-facing applications using Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with management, stakeholders, and engineering teammates to evaluate, plan, and deliver software projects.
  • Write production-ready front-end and back-end code integrated with continuous delivery and deployment pipelines on AWS.
  • Create and maintain ingestion pipelines for the GroundTruth platform.
  • Build infrastructure for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources using SQL, GIS, and AWS data technologies.
  • Manage POI data and provide processed data for integration with Ads Manager, Location Manager, and Blueprint Manager.
  • Contribute to clear documentation, structured processes, and effective communication.
  • Participate in and improve the team’s Agile practices and technical maturity.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the location platform.

Requirements

  • B.Tech., B.E., M.Tech., MCA, or equivalent in computer science.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with GIS and POI/location data ingestion pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS data engineering services such as EC2, S3, EMR, ECS, Lambda, and Step Functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or Java for orchestration of data pipelines.
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, and front-end development.
  • Experience writing analytical queries using SQL.
  • Experience with Airflow.
  • Experience with Docker and Git.
  • Preferred experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, PySpark, shell scripting, Looker, Tableau, database design and maintenance, AWS, Docker configuration management, and QA practices.
