Description

  • Own the end-to-end registration funnel from first visit through active family signup.
  • Identify and remove friction across form design, identity verification, plan selection, payment, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized experiment backlog using funnel analytics, user research, and competitive teardowns.
  • Design, run, and sequence 6+ statistically sound experiments per month across registration and related surfaces.
  • Define and own the primary success metric for registration conversion and monitor leading and downstream quality signals.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across registration screens, pricing displays, plan framing, onboarding steps, and upsell surfaces.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve continuity between ad creative, landing pages, and registration flow.
  • Collaborate with the Upgrades PM to create a coherent journey from acquisition to premium conversion.
  • Write clear, actionable product requirements that unblock engineering and support rapid execution.
  • Communicate experiment results, roadmap priorities, and product bets to senior leadership on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience focused on conversion funnels, growth, or registration/onboarding in a consumer-facing product.
  • Proven track record running high-velocity experimentation programs, ideally 4+ experiments per month.
  • Strong comfort with funnel analytics and the ability to pull and interpret your own data.
  • Experience with SQL or BI tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
  • Experience navigating stakeholders in regulated environments such as Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Payments.
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly up, down, and across teams.
  • Ownership mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where speed matters.
  • Strong customer psychology instincts and an ability to understand user motivation and hesitation.
  • Preferred experience with mobile or app-based registration and onboarding flows.
  • Preferred familiarity with KYC, identity verification, or regulated financial product flows.
  • Preferred experience in subscription or freemium models with a focus on trial-to-paid conversion.
