Description

  • Lead the daily operations of assigned programs and provide direction and support to maintain performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and ensure performance standards are met.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance data and take corrective action to achieve program goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all programs.
  • Prepare and present program performance reports, challenges, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
  • Manage multiple projects and coordinate across large, distributed program environments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or a related role.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support program success.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes and compliance regulations, preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare technology, medical devices, IT modernization, or cybersecurity programs, preferred.
  • Experience supporting large, distributed programs with multiple stakeholders, preferred.
  • Prior experience in regulated healthcare or enterprise technology environments, preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
