Description

  • Build and maintain the network-level master production schedule across all SKUs, aligned to demand signals, inventory targets, and material availability.
  • Translate weekly demand plans into executable daily shift-level schedules and communicate them to operations, quality, and site teams.
  • Apply pull-based scheduling logic to reduce WIP, shorten lead times, and improve finished goods flow predictability.
  • Maintain scheduling tools and data integrity while continuously improving scheduling accuracy, visibility, and plan reliability.
  • Proactively manage schedule changes, communicate impacts, adjust priorities, and realign stakeholders as conditions shift.
  • Identify capacity constraints, material gaps, labor limitations, and scheduling conflicts, and escalate with recommended solutions.
  • Monitor WIP levels, finished goods availability, and aging inventory against targets and flag disruptions for rapid resolution.
  • Lead scenario planning and capacity modeling on a 60-180 day horizon to inform production, capital, labor, and cultivation decisions.
  • Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reviews with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on priorities and constraints.
  • Coach, mentor, and support site Production Schedulers through 1:1s, huddles, site visits, training materials, SOPs, and standard work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain planning, or operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in cannabis, food & beverage, pharma, or CPG preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing master production schedules in a multi-SKU, multi-line environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, or production scheduling systems; demand planning tools are a plus.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, pull-based scheduling, and WIP control concepts.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and indirectly leading schedulers, planners, or operators in a matrixed environment.
  • Continuous improvement experience; Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen credential is a plus.
  • Track record of leading process standardization or value stream improvement projects across multiple sites.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, possess valid state ID, and meet all state-specific cannabis employment requirements, including passing background checks and maintaining compliance.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay range of $105,000-$125,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program based on organization and individual performance.
  • Pay is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location.
