Description

  • Own Gravie’s insurance plan portfolio end to end, including strategy, development, go-to-market, and ongoing management.
  • Manage current benefit designs and pricing, including updates to benefit plans, grids, and the annual plan update cycle.
  • Build a framework with analytics teams to measure product performance using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the level-funded commercial insurance space.
  • Prioritize product enhancements and evaluations cross-functionally across the organization.
  • Lead the insurance portfolio planning cycle to design, price, and implement new insurance plan designs.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to communicate product value and develop differentiated go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across Gravie’s insurance products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance product management, including leading cross-functional planning and release cycles for a health plan product.
  • 5+ years of experience with health insurance, ideally in the commercial segment.
  • Strong experience driving cross-functional alignment across actuarial, underwriting, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience with small group level-funded insurance products is preferred.
  • Previous startup company experience is preferred.
