Description

  • Own and communicate TaxSys ROI, outcomes, benchmarks, and other customer proof points.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and core marketing collateral.
  • Strengthen sales and demo enablement through presentations, discovery guidance, objection handling, and pursuit support.
  • Partner with Product and Client Success on adoption programs, business reviews, webinars, guides, and capability communications.
  • Support major multi-year implementations with client communications, milestone materials, and enablement content.
  • Support new-market and partnership initiatives through competitive research, persona development, RFP support, and market intelligence.
  • Develop case studies, reference stories, and other customer proof with Content and Customer Marketing.
  • Measure content, training, and campaign effectiveness and use findings to prioritize improvements.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product marketing experience with complex B2B software.
  • Experience marketing enterprise software to government, ideally state or local government.
  • Experience in tax administration, government finance, payments, systems of record, or another regulated market preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product capabilities, customer outcomes, and market insight into credible proof and sales enablement.
  • Strong strategic writing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
  • Experience building adoption or client-enablement programs and supporting major implementations preferred.
  • Ability to learn complex operational domains quickly, work through ambiguity, and apply qualitative and quantitative evidence.
  • Comfort with up to 10% travel for team gatherings, conferences, company meetings, and client or project visits.
