Description

  • Act as a liaison between developers and clients to translate business needs into product changes.
  • Analyze complex problems, investigate bugs, and propose solutions or process improvements.
  • Provide client support by answering questions, resolving issues, and serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Prioritize feature requests, bug fixes, and other work using a ticketing system.
  • Write technical specifications that clearly describe required product changes and behavior.
  • Test completed changes in a beta environment to verify functionality and regression impact.
  • Coordinate new client implementations and configure the software to fit client business processes.
  • Train new and existing clients on how to use the software and adopt new features.
  • Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly with both spoken and written language.

Requirements

  • Open to candidates from academic, business, or technical backgrounds.
  • Strong academic performance and excellent writing ability.
  • Ability to explain ideas clearly with an appropriate level of detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem solving.
  • Ability to learn and use software quickly.
  • Comfort with approximately 10-15% travel.
  • Interest in working with databases and technical product details (preferred).
  • Previous business analyst experience is a plus, but not required.
