Description

  • Connect selected Git repositories for technical review.
  • Submit only repositories owned or legally authorized for licensing.
  • Review assessments of repository size, structure, quality, and licensing potential.
  • Evaluate estimated repository value before deciding whether to proceed.
  • Address technical feedback and update or resubmit repositories when appropriate.
  • Select approved repositories to make available for AI training.
  • Receive payment when qualifying code is licensed and used.

Requirements

  • Own the code or have clear legal authority to license it.
  • Be authorized to connect and submit repositories for evaluation.
  • Provide repositories containing meaningful original software development work.
  • Ensure submitted code does not include third-party material that cannot be sublicensed.
  • Pass technical and quality checks before licensing.
  • Provide ownership or licensing-right verification if requested.
