Description

  • Design and build performant, scalable frontend and backend systems.
  • Own the architecture and reliability of backend services and frontend microapps.
  • Lead technical design discussions, clarify requirements, and deliver maintainable solutions.
  • Own full-stack projects spanning Python/Java APIs and frontend integration.
  • Serve as architectural liaison across multiple technical domains.
  • Apply DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices to improve delivery.
  • Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across the team.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate and adopt relevant emerging technologies.
  • Build and integrate intelligent platform features using LLMs, agents, and AI frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience building scalable, high-performing software applications.
  • Strong JavaScript and full-stack development experience.
  • Expertise with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with a backend language or framework such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, including DynamoDB, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Solr, Vespa, or Lucene.
  • Cloud-native development experience with AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, observability tools, production reliability, on-call ownership, and incident triage.
  • Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools; experience driving AI adoption across engineering teams is preferred.
