Description

Create reproducible software engineering environments for AI model evaluation.
Design coding tasks covering bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization.
Develop accurate and maintainable reference solutions for assigned tasks.
Contribute production-quality code to relevant open-source repositories.
Implement and optimize algorithms, libraries, and system components.
Investigate and resolve bugs, technical limitations, and performance bottlenecks.
Build automated tests to validate expected task outcomes.
Review code and provide clear technical feedback.
Maintain documentation for environments, solutions, and implementation decisions.
Collaborate with contributors and project stakeholders on technical requirements.

Requirements

Public GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent profile with demonstrable open-source contributions.
Strong software engineering experience in at least one of: C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust.
Experience debugging, extending, or refactoring existing production-level codebases.
Ability to create reproducible development and testing environments.
Available for freelance, project-based work with flexible workload and minimum weekly task submissions.
Able to begin within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
Experience with AI engineering or reinforcement learning environments is preferred.
