Description

  • Develop original research-grade or graduate-level scientific problems using scientific coding and Python.
  • Define problem categories, secondary tags, and appropriate difficulty levels.
  • Solve formulated problems with rigorous scientific reasoning and logical coherence.
  • Ensure absolute accuracy and reliability of problem solutions.
  • Participate in two-tier reviews to evaluate the accuracy of both problems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with reviewers and team leads to incorporate feedback and improve content quality promptly.
  • Support the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems through scientific computing and mathematical modeling.

Requirements

  • PhD or PhD candidate in Computational Materials, Semiconductor Materials, Molecular Modeling, or a related field.
  • At least one peer-reviewed publication in a relevant domain.
  • Proficiency in Python for scientific computing, including tools such as NumPy and SciPy or similar libraries.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly document complex mathematical reasoning and solutions.
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day with a 4-hour overlap with PST.
  • Willingness to work as a contractor for a 4-week assignment.
  • Location in one of the eligible countries: Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, Turkey, or Vietnam.
