  • Evaluate the strength and quality of evidence behind wellbeing, meditation, and psychotherapeutic techniques, including limitations and contraindications.
  • Define frameworks for assessing indications, contraindications, risk, evidence quality, internal and external validity, and real-world applicability.
  • Work with engineers and product teams to improve prompts, AI workflows, evaluations, and user-facing wellbeing experiences.
  • Translate clinical, psychological, and research concepts into clear product guidance for engineering and design teams.
  • Help build internal evaluation systems for AI outputs, including rubrics, review processes, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to safe, high-quality AI experiences grounded in meditation, wellbeing, and mental health expertise.

  • Familiarity with meditation, mindfulness, contemplative practice, psychotherapy, behavior change, or related wellbeing techniques.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, cross-disciplinary problems.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to work directly with prompts, model outputs, evaluation systems, and product workflows.
  • Strong communication skills for working with engineers, product managers, designers, researchers, and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong judgment about whether something is evidence-based, speculative, overstated, risky, or unclear.
  • Excitement about working on products that reach millions of people rather than only producing internal research or academic work.
  • Deep motivation to help people live healthier, calmer, and more meaningful lives.
  • Experience with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, or AI-assisted research workflows, preferred.
  • Experience publishing peer-reviewed research in psychology, mental health, meditation, mindfulness, sleep, anxiety, wellbeing, behavior change, or digital health, preferred.
  • Clinical experience with anxiety, sleep, stress, emotional regulation, or related areas, preferred.
  • Experience working in digital health, consumer wellbeing, mental health technology, or product-led environments, preferred.
  • Experience translating research or clinical guidelines into practical interventions, programs, or user-facing experiences, preferred.
  • Experience designing or evaluating digital interventions, guided programs, or structured wellbeing pathways, preferred.
  • A strong understanding of both academic evidence and real-world consumer product use, preferred.
